As I was reading the paper today about the Methodist Church all around the country, I was reminded how precious Central UMC is to all of us. Then I thought about Amanda’s life and recent death and how she would always sing the below song for family events at Central. I’d like to share this song recording with the congregation. Amanda sang this rendition at Emily’s wedding in 2012 when she was 22 years old, and I think the message is a timeless one that applies to current events. I’d like to share the recording to thank the entire Central congregation for supporting me and my family through recent months, especially for their outpouring of love on May 6 at Amanda’s memorial service.
