We invite you to join us for worship!
Worship is one of the highlights of ministry at Central UMC. We invite you to join us on Sunday mornings at 11:00am in the church sanctuary. Whether the choir is singing, handbells are playing, or there is an organ solo, inspiring classical music and worship is a part of who we are.
Where can I park?
There are several parking options when joining us for worship on Sunday mornings. In addition to Central's parking lot, the St. John Street Parking Garage connects directly to Central. Some members also find parking in the lots across from the church on Church Street.
Where is the sanctuary?
You can enter the sanctuary through the doors on Church Street, by walking through the Education Building, or through the courtyard garden. A handicap accessible entrance is available through the courtyard and then by following the sidewalk through the playground area.
Are children welcome in worship?
Children are welcome in worship. Each Sunday, there is a children's sermon during the service for our youngest disciples. Following the children's sermon, children may join Children's Church in the Children's Church Room in the Education Building. Children are also welcome to stay in worship.
We offer a nursery for children ages 3 and under in the Education Building during the worship service as well. Ms. Scotti and our volunteers do a wonderful job keeping our children safe and teaching them about God's love.
