Central is among thirteen host churches and ten support churches forming the Spartanburg Interfaith Hospitality Network.

Central hosts the SPIHN guests four times a year and provides overnight lodging as well as dinner and breakfast.

This year, Central hosted in January and will host again March 14th - 21st, 2010, June 13th - June 20th, 2010  and August 29th - September 5th, 2010.

Various groups in the church provide the dinner meals and two members spend each night at the church. 

SPIHN will be hosting a fundraising event May 21st this year.
